Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pismo Beach, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project includes design services for demolition of the existing buildings at 320 and 330 Main Street and design of a new parking lot. The design work will include demolition of existing buildings and other structures at these addresses, minor earthwork and grading, asphalt-concrete pavement, concrete and ADA improvements, parking lot striping, payment kiosk, vegetated bioswale and drainage improvements, solar lighting, landscaping and irrigation system, and EV-ready parking spaces. The scope also includes a geotechnical investigation and report to characterize subsurface conditions and support the vegetated bioswale and drainage improvements basis of design. All improvements must comply with applicable City, County, and NPDES stormwater requirements. The parking lot design will be based on the council-approved conceptual plan. Deliverables are construction drawings, specifications, engineer’s estimate, bid documents, and support during the bidding process.
