Kitchen Hood Cleaning Services are required for the Sheridan VA Health Care System at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY. The contractor must provide new OEM services, with no remanufactured or gray market items accepted. Offerors must be OEM or authorized dealers with Steris equipment Certification, and provide proof of authorization from the OEM. All associated software licensing, warranty, and services must comply with OEM terms and conditions. Quotes must be submitted by Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses only, in accordance with NAICS 561790, and offerors must comply with limitations on subcontracting. Submission must include a completed pricing schedule and the VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate of Compliance. If subcontractors are used, their details and compliance method must be specified; if none, a statement must indicate no subcontractors will be used.
