Reference Number 0000426690 Reroof Dixon High Schools Mini Gym/ Annex Gym, 4 Classroom Building, and Breezeway (Alternate 2) Questions are submitted online : No CONTRACTOR SHALL: a. Furnish all labor and equipment, etc. necessary to complete Reroofing the Mini Gym (Base) Annex Gym (Alternate 1) 4 Classroom Building and Breezeway (Alternate 2) at Dixon High School. b. Warranty labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year to be free from all defects. If workmanship fails, it shall be replaced at the Contractor's expense. c. Be responsible for all accidents and damages that might occur due to his equipment or personnel while upon the grounds or buildings used or owned by the Onslow County Board of Education. d. Be responsible for all clean up and properly dispose of all debris during and after completion of job. Debris and trash shall not be allowed to collect overnight on the site. The contractor shall remove all debris and trash from the schools as it accumulates in order that a clean appearance is maintained at all times. DEBRIS MAY NOT BE EMPTIED INTO DUMPSTERS ALREADY ON SITE AND SERVICED ON BEHALF OF ONSLOW COUNTY SCHOOLS. e. There shall be no tobacco products inside or outside of buildings, since all Onslow County Schools buildings and properties are tobacco-free. f. There shall be no alcoholic beverages, drugs, or firearms on any Onslow County Schools property. g. The Contractor shall work with the Onslow County Schools on each project work schedule. When inspection is called for, owner shall be informed and on site when inspected by representative of roofing manufacturer. The roof installer shall have a representative present at inspection. j. By submission of a proposal, the Contractor acknowledges that he has a complete understanding of the required scope of work, either as defined herein or described orally by the owner's designated representative. k. The cost of all required inspections and permits (opening and closing of permits) shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Upon completion of roofing work, contractor will furnish to the owner The Roofing Systems Manufacturer's 20 year (or longer) Full Value NDL Full System Warranty on materials and of the Roofing System, roofing, insulation, flashing and sheet metal work, 10 year water tightness warranty and a 2 year Contractors workmanship warranty (guarantee) against leakage and defects due to workmanship and / or negligence by contractor.
