The City is requesting pricing for the equipment listed below, to be provided as configured equipment only. The Vendor is expected to provide a Control panel with Hydralink hardware installed and to coordinate telemetry efforts, with the price to be included in the bid. Required equipment includes: - Two submersible non-clog sewage pumps (by Sulzer-ABS, Xylem-Flygt, or Wilo-EMU), 208V-3~/60Hz, with 49ft cables, operating at 403 GPM @ 30' FT TDH, approximately 7.5 HP, minimum 3-inch diameter solids passage. Vendor should add the pump curve. - Two hardware kits, 316SS. - Two guide rail systems (4-inch discharge, single or double 2" rails, upper guide 2" diameter, 15ft sticks, 316SS material). - Two hardware kits, 316SS. - Two float brackets/cable holders, 316SS. - Six anchor bolts 3/8" x 3", 316SS. - Eight anchor bolts 5/8" x 8", 316SS. - Two 15' lift chains 1/4" 316SS with shackles. - Four 60ft float switches, N.O., mercury. - One duplex pump control panel, 208V-3Ph, ~7.5HP, as City standard, including Hydralink PLC. - One Blue ribbon transducer BC001, 0-15 psi, 50'. The pumps, motors, control system, and appurtenances must be furnished by Sulzer-ABS, Xylem-Flygt, or Wilo-EMU, with no substitutions permitted. Installation of parts shall be completed by City personnel. See referenced attachments for further detail on city standards. Proposals should be submitted for the supply of all equipment and parts as specified in the scope of work.
