Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,700-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to resurface the existing PE court, approximately 4,700 square feet, with a sports court surfacing system. The work shall include preparation and cleaning of the existing court surface, installation of a new sports court surfacing system, and striping and painting of two basketball courts (including main and side court lines) and four four-square game courts. All layout and striping must conform to standard recreational court dimensions. Contractor must provide all necessary traffic control, protection, and cleanup. Contractor shall provide a minimum one-year warranty on the court resurfacing system, including workmanship and materials. The proposal must include estimated duration to complete the work, warranty information, and manufacturer and type of sports court surfacing system proposed. Bids must be submitted electronically on the City's e-Procurement portal, and vendors should be registered on OpenGov under their operating organization's name. Proposers must complete the required documents and provide any additional requested information. References with at least five years of similar experience are required, with a minimum of three references from the last five years capable of confirming capacity to complete the scope. Appropriate licenses must be held and provided. Any subcontractors must also be appropriately licensed.
