Description

Site work and new construction of a civil project in Brookings, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Tidewater Reservoir Improvements for the City of Brookings. The project consists of: 1) constructing new water line improvements along Eastwood Lane from the intersection of Marina Heights Loop and Eastwood Lane to the Tidewater Reservoir site; 2) constructing a new water pump station building adjacent to the Tidewater Reservoir site; and 3) constructing a new 75,000 gallon glass-fused-to-steel reservoir and foundation, as well as site improvements and other ancillary items. Bids must be submitted through QuestCDN, and prospective bidders must be on the QuestCDN planholders list. Bids not fully completed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders will not be considered. Bid Security of not less than 10% of the total bid amount is required. All bidders must be equal opportunity employers, provide proof of an employee drug testing program, be registered with the Construction Contractors Board, and comply with all state and federal laws. Each bid must include a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, Evidence of Authority to Sign Bid, and Evidence to do Business in the State within two working hours of the bid receipt time. Contractors and subcontractors must pay at least the state prevailing rate of wage.
