Site work for a water / sewer project in North Bonneville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves repairing a public sewer lateral servicing property on Evergreen Drive. Inspection determined it is a 4-inch PVC connection located approximately 12 to 15 feet deep. A trenchless repair method was considered but later found not to be possible. The TV inspection and report are available upon request. Work must be completed by July 24, 2026. Bidders must submit bids using the provided Bid Proposal form and include a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount. Bidders must be registered on the State of Washington Department of Enterprises (DES) Small Works Roster. The successful bidder must sign the agreement, provide a performance bond, certificate of insurance, and intent to pay prevailing wages within seven days of the award notice. Contractors must maintain appropriate insurance throughout the contract. Washington State prevailing wage rates apply. The City reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid, reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the work, or perform the work otherwise if it serves the City's best interest. The City may postpone the award for up to thirty days after bid opening. Estimated between $10,000 and $12,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
