Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the 2026 Palmyra Township Chip & Seal Project in Palmyra Township, Portage County. Each bidder must provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as specified by Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the bond must be issued by a surety licensed in Ohio. Proposals must include the full names of all parties submitting the proposal and evidence of experience with projects of similar size and complexity. Contractor compliance with Ohio equal employment opportunity requirements and relevant executive orders is required. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable. Bidders are required to comply with prevailing wage rates for public improvements in Portage County. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
