Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Libby, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes the grading of the existing Flower Creek Waste Gravel Pile to construct a parking area. Drainage and sediment control are key components to the project to protect down-gradient vegetation and surface waters. The grading plan includes the parking pad, the associated access approach, stormwater ditch, and stormwater pond. Best Management Practices (BMP) will need to be installed and a SWPPP will need to be obtained and adhered to. The project has an expected duration of 60 days. Question Deadline 06/23/2026 Questions shall be addressed to Sam Sikes with the City of Libby via email only at city.admin@cityoflibby.com 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
