Site work for a water / sewer project in Clarendon, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Clarendon is planning to replace portions of their existing wastewater collection system using pipe replacement and pipe bursting, totaling 15,423 linear feet and 9,216 linear feet respectively, with 8-inch to 12-inch sewer pipes. Manhole work includes 212 repairs and 30 replacements. Sewer laterals will be reinstated to the pipes and replaced by bursting with 4-inch service laterals. CCTV inspections will be performed on existing sanitary sewer lines prior to job start and on constructed sewer mains. Additionally, three sanitary sewer lift stations will be rehabilitated, including demolition of current structures, pump replacement, and electrical and chemical components replacement. CFDA # 10.760 For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Prospective bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder to receive addenda and notifications. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available. Neither the Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents obtained from sources other than the designated plan room.
