Description

Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Mendon, Vermont. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.

Rutland Natural Resources Conservation District is seeking engineering consultant design services for a culvert replacement project in the Town of Shrewsbury to restore fish passage and stream stability. The purpose of this project is to replace an undersized and perched culvert to improve aquatic organism passage and improve stream stability on an unnamed tributary to Otter Creek. The culvert is currently geomorphically incompatible and perched. The request is for proposals to complete final designs for the structure. The proposal should include a narrative response, cost proposal, and proposed timeline corresponding to the major tasks under the Final Design phase. A staffing summary with one-page biographies for each member of the Consultant’s team, a summary of the Consultant’s experience with aquatic organism passage projects, and references should also be included. Proposals must be submitted via email as a single PDF by the specified date.
