Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Meriden, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Housing Authority of the City of Meriden is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the replacement of 72 fire-rated doors and 22 non-fire rated doors throughout Community Towers. All proposers are responsible for the terms and conditions set forth and, by submitting a proposal, agree to comply with all instructions, terms, conditions, and requirements specified. Proposals will be evaluated based on the stated criteria and recommendations will be made to the Board of Commissioners. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals. Please submit questions to procurement@meriden-ha.com or submit questions on online by 3:00 PM, Friday, June 26th, 2026. All proposers are responsible for all terms and conditions set forth in the IFB. By virtue of completing, signing, and submitting the proposal, the proposer agrees with instructions, terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the document.
