A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Grant County Library, Sheridan, Arkansas, is soliciting a Construction Management Team for the renovation of the new location for the Grant County Library at 101 N. Oak St., on the corner of N. Oak and Hwy 270. Written statements of qualifications and performance data will be considered if received by 4:30 pm on June 26, 2026. Written responses should at a minimum include: team profile and history; team experience/production resources; qualifications, education, and experience of the proposed Construction Management team and supporting personnel; qualifications and approach to pre-construction services; qualifications and approach to construction-phase services; experience in renovation projects; experience in County facility projects; proof of insurance, bonding capacity, and State of Arkansas Contractor’s/A-E Licensure; references (including current and past clients); and cost for services provided. The Grant County Library reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
