Sewage ejector pump replacement at the West Friendship Truck Weigh and Inspection Station on I70 westbound just past MD Route 32. The contract type is fixed price lump sum, with a duration of 30 days. Bidders must have five years of experience in commercial plumbing, maintain a current State of Maryland Master Plumbers Technician License, and employ at least two State of Maryland licensed commercial Plumber’s Journeyman Technicians, each with a minimum of five years of commercial plumbing experience. All work must be performed by technicians holding a Maryland Plumber Journeyman License. Bidders are required to provide documentation of licenses and experience, as well as three references for commercial HVAC services performed within the last 24 months. Multiple or alternate bids are not accepted. Contract will be awarded using the Competitive Sealed Bidding method under COMAR 21.05.02. MBE/DBE and VSBE subcontract participation goals are zero percent for this project. Only bidders registered on emma.maryland.gov may submit bids.
