On Call Masonry Services for the Tisbury Public Works Department. Bids must be submitted sealed and will be received at the Department of Public Works, 115 High Point Lane, Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts 02568, until the specified bid opening time. Bids will be publicly opened and read at that location. The bid must not be withdrawn for thirty days after the opening date. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive, are required. The bidding and award process will comply with M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M and Section 39S. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or take other action deemed in the best interest of the Town. Tisbury is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.
