Crow Creek Tribal Schools Roof System Replacement The project is for the replacement of 10 quarters roof systems. The work involves removing and replacing existing shingled roof systems with steel paneling. Interested parties must contact the designated personnel to obtain a formal request for proposal (RFP) that provides further details. There is a mandatory on-site visit, with the date specified in the RFP. Instructions to bidders include submitting all proposals by the specified deadline, either by email or hand delivery to the designated business manager at the given address. The Project will consist of replacing approximately 8724sf of old shingle roof system with a standing seam metal panel roof system on 10 housing and garage units. The timeline to complete the project will be negotiated with the selected contractor. Note: Interested roofing contractors may schedule a visit to assess the current roofing systems prior to the mandatory site visit listed within this RFP. Note: Liquidated Damages will be incurred throughout the completion of the roof replacement contract.
