The Valley View School District is requesting sealed bids for the Intermediate School Chiller Replacement under a single prime lump sum contract. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Valley View Intermediate School, 3 Columbus Drive, Archbald PA 18403, where project details will be provided. Only those attending this meeting may submit a bid. Electronic contract documents can be obtained by contacting the specified individual and submitting a non-refundable fee. Bids must be submitted to the designated address by the specified deadline, in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the Intermediate School Chiller Replacement Project, and must include two copies of all required bid forms along with a certified/cashier's check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid amount, payable to the Valley View School District. The District retains the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding process.
