The NYS Office of Mental Health and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center seek a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Boiler Systems & Ancillary Equipment at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center in West Brentwood, NY. The program work plan, preventive maintenance tasks, equipment list, and schedule matrix are detailed in the referenced contract documents. The contractor is required to review all provided documents and submit bids using a furnished quote sheet. There is a mandatory site visit requiring advance registration. Fuel oil systems and main fuel storage tanks will be included in this contract until a specified date, after which they will transfer to another contract. The contractor is responsible for supplemental preventive maintenance and time/material replacement and repairs for specified equipment, with unit costs for these tasks required at the time of the bid. If the facility cannot continue routine preventive maintenance, responsibility will move to the contractor.
