ROOFS REPLACEMENT AT P-86 (AUGUSTA COTTAGE) & P-91 (RAMAPO HOUSE) AT STERLING FOREST STATE PARK. The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is seeking quotes for a full replacement of the existing roof systems; includes removal and disposal of old roofing materials and installation of new roof systems for 2 houses totaling approximately 4,645 square feet of roofing. Include in the quote the cost to replace 10 sheets of 3/4 -inch CDX plywood. - Install Grace Ice and Water Shield over the entire properly prepared roof deck. - Replace all rotten fascia found during demo. Once all necessary fascia repairs are made wrap all the fascia with aluminum (brown). - Install all new drip edge (brown) around the perimeter of the roof. Approximately 180 linear feet. - Replace 2- 5" waste vents, 4 - exhaust vents, and 1 - 12" boiler exhaust vent. - Install GAF UHD shingles (Barkwood) using 6 nails per shingle. Use GAF starter shingles and ridge cap (Barkwood). - Install GAF Cobra ridge vent over attic space, ~ 25 linear feet. - Install all new seamless 6-inch gutters and leaders (brown). Gutter to be installed both front and rear of Cottage, approximately 105 linear feet.
