Vendor Questions Due : 15 June 2026 03.00 PM ET The Office of Parks , Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP ) is seeking quotes for a full replacement of the existing roof system , including removal and disposal of old roofing materials and installation of a new roof system for an approximately 1,875 square foot roof . Scope of Work : 1. Remove all shingles and roofing materials , gutters , leaders , and flashing . 2. Inspect and replace all unserviceable roof decking ensuring roof deck meets installation requirement set by the shingle manufacturer . Please include in the quote the cost to replace 10 sheets of 43/ - inch CDX plywood . 3. Install Grace Ice and Water Shield over the entire properly prepared roof deck . 4. Replace any rotten fascia found during demo . Once any necessary repairs are made wrap fascia with aluminum ( brown ) around perimeter of the house . 5. Install all new drip edge (brown ) around perimeter of the roof . Approximately 175 linear feet . 6. Replace 1-3 " waste vent , 1 exhaust vent , and replace all step /chimney flashing around 2 chimneys . 7 .Install GAF UHD shingles (Barkwood ) using 6 nails per shingle . Use GAF starter shingles , ridge vent and cap (Barkwood ). Ridge Length approximately 53 feet . 8. Install all new seamless 6- inch gutters and leaders (brown ) on the front and rear of the house . Approximately 105 linear feet .
