Renovation of a municipal facility in Tuxedo Park, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,500-square-foot municipal facility.
Roof Replacement At P-98 (Lakeville) House At Sterling Forest State Park - Roofing Remove all shingles and roofing materials, gutters, leaders, and flashing. Inspect and replace all unserviceable roof decking ensuring roof deck meets installation requirement set by the shingle manufacturer. Include in the quote the cost to replace 15 sheets of 3/4 -inch CDX plywood. Install Grace Ice and Water Shield over the entire properly prepared roof deck. Replace 10 linear ft of fascia on the southwest side, replace 15 linear ft of fascia on the northeast side of the house, and replace any unserviceable fascia not outlined. Wrap all fascia in aluminum (white) once repairs are completed. Install all new drip edge (white) around perimeter of roof, approximately 450 linear feet. Replace 2- 3" waste vent, 1 -2" waste vent, 1- 1.5" waste vent, 3 - exhaust vents, replace all step and chimney flashing and install 24' of mono slope roof flashing on north side of house. Install GAF UHD shingles (Slate) using 6 nails per shingle. Use GAF starter shingles and ridge cap (Slate). Install all new seamless 6-inch gutters and leaders (white) around the inside perimeter (pool side) and the rear of the house over the decks, approximately 193 linear feet.
