Demolition and renovation of a retail development in Novato, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services for demolition and replacement of the existing automotive air compressor system, including: demolition of existing compressor system; installation of new compressors, tanks, and dryers; installation of piping (galvanized steel and copper); installation of controls and SCADA system; addition of filtration and breathing air system; all associated equipment, labor and supplies. All contractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Certified payroll records are required. Contractor shall comply with Labor Code regarding prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. To facilitate the clarification of requirements, vendors must submit all questions no later than 2:30 p.m. on June 15, 2026 in the College of Marin's vendor portal, PlanetBids.
