Reference Number 0000427354 The City of Novato Public Works Department is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide professional planning and engineering services for corridor studies on two City corridors: North Redwood Boulevard and San Marin Drive. The studies will evaluate existing multimodal conditions, develop and assess improvement alternatives, and produce adopted corridor plans that provide guidance for future capital improvements, streetscape standards, and development requirements along each corridor. Key work elements include data collection and existing conditions analysis, multimodal level of service evaluation, stakeholder and community engagement, alternatives development, environmental constraints screening, and a grant funding strategy.
