Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Tahoe City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct approximately 311 linear feet of new 6-inch sewer main; remove and replace one manhole; install one new manhole; connect to an existing manhole; abandon (full fill grout) approximately 700 linear feet of 6-inch sewer main; remove one manhole; perform in-situ rehabilitation (cured in place pipe) of 485 linear feet of 6-inch sewer main with one spot repair; carry out asphalt pavement and site surface restoration; clearing, grubbing and all associated items to complete the project in Caltrans right-of-way and District Sewer Easements as shown on the construction drawings. Bidders are required to provide a 10% bid bond, 100% payment bond, and 100% performance bond, and must attend a mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting.
