Pulverizing and paving of a 22-foot wide roadway on East 4th Street, with a length of 1,321 feet and a thickness of 3 inches using Type 4MT 58-28 S hot mix asphalt, including the addition of 1-foot shoulders. Bidders must submit sealed bids by the specified deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10 percent of the bid, payable to the Town of Brockway. The Town of Brockway reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
