Planned interventions include: o Complete curettage and redevelopment of the existing building (482 m2); o Enlargements divided into three (3) areas: - Boardroom and new entrance hall: (157 m2) - Western administrative area with partially finished basement (539 m2) - Northern administrative sector (75 m2) o Site development and reconfiguration work for underground services as described in civil engineering plans and specifications o Electromechanical work: implementation of all new services and systems. Delivery schedule The work must absolutely begin before October 17, 2026.
