Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified consultant to provide construction engineering and inspection services to support the bridge replacement of the existing Bright Road Bridge over Daughtrey Creek and associated drainage and stormwater improvements in portions of the Suncoast Estates community and the Slater Road corridor. Consultant services must comply with Federal Grant Requirements, 2 CFR part 200 and 24 CFR part 570, terms, conditions, and specifications. Proposers are instructed to submit sealed proposals in accordance with specifications, including all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required, prior to the specified deadline. Proposals may be submitted electronically via Ion Wave or hand-delivered, and must include all requested attachments and be properly marked, signed, and dated. Submissions with corrupted or unreadable documents may be considered non-responsive and disqualified. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted electronically via the designated site.
