Lee County DOT intends to execute a single-source procurement for various sizes of round and elliptical reinforced concrete pipes from 15” to 60” and lube by Foley Products Company, LLC, for integration with its existing system. These pipes have been used in DOT construction projects throughout Lee County and are required due to proprietary forms previously owned by Rinker and now with Foley Products Company, LLC. Other companies' pipes will not connect directly to the existing system without adapters, additional time, and resources, which would increase costs. If a firm believes they can supply the specified products, they are requested to contact Kevin Walker, Lee County Procurement Management, for review.
