Renovation of a mixed-use development in Avalon, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a casino; and water / sewer project.
Proposals are being requested from qualified firms or licensed contractors to provide all labor, materials, service, and specialized skills for roof modification and related work at 123 Pebbly Road and 99 Casino Way, Avalon, CA. All work is subject to available budget and the provisions set forth in the agreement, including compliance with prevailing wage requirements under the State of California Labor Code. Contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations, and proof of registration is required prior to acceptance of any proposal or execution of any contract. Proposers are required to acknowledge receipt of the Contract Documents by email to the specified City contact, including firm and contact information, to be added to the notification list. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals considered not in its best interest. Cost estimate: Waste Water Treatment Sloped Roof addition is $122,000 Casino showers and restroom remediation is $98,000 Last Date for RFI’s shall be June 12, 2026 by 5.00 pm
