Reference Number 0000427352 The City of Brighton seeks the contact information of qualified Respondents interested in providing progressive design-build services for a project involving approximately 32,000 feet of force main and gravity sanitary sewer and an approximately 6 million gallons per day lift station to divert wastewater flows from Brighton's eastern sewershed to the Metro Water Recovery Northern Treatment Plant (MWR NTP). A conceptual design of the possible lift station location and sanitary sewer pipe alignment have been completed by Brighton's Owner's Advisor, Carollo Engineers, and will be provided at the time that the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is published. It is anticipated that the RFQ will occur in Q3 of 2026. The City of Brighton Division of Procurement & Contracts is accepting Letters of Interest from qualified, capable, and experienced Contractor-Designer Firms to receive notification of the future solicitation if and when it becomes available through BidNet Direct.
