Eagle Creek Natural Area Demolition for Metro Parks and Nature. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids by the specified deadline and ensure bids conform to the format and completeness requirements, including use of any required forms. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements as established by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries. Bidders must certify compliance with minimum prevailing wage requirements. Participation from minority, woman, and service-disabled veteran owned businesses and emerging small businesses is encouraged. Metro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights as deemed in the public interest. Bidders shall review all instructions and contract terms and conditions. A voluntary pre-bid conference and a second viewing of the work site are scheduled for potential prime and sub-contractors. All visitors must sign in and out at the site and are requested to wear high visibility clothing. Contractors submitting a bid must solicit sub-bids from all COBID certified businesses who attend the pre-bid conference. Bid writing coaching is available to interested small businesses upon request.
