Renovation of a military facility in Fort Riley, Kansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Roof repair at Building B2417 by replacing the existing system with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system installed over cover board, R38 insulation, and a 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. Work includes providing termination bars, counterflashing, and a continuous bead of sealant, and installing all components in accordance with the roofing manufacturer's recommendations. The project requires a 30-year manufacturer's warranty with 120-mph wind speed coverage. The contract will be firm-fixed-price with a performance period of 180 days after notice to proceed. Location: Building 2417, Cassidy Rd, Fort Bliss, TX . The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00.
