Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to install new kitchenettes on three levels of an existing facility. Work on the first floor includes construction of new finished metal stud walls to deck, removal and replacement of ceiling tiles, installation of new base and wall cabinets, countertops, and tile backsplash, new resilient wall base, replacement of mini blinds, and installation of new plumbing systems above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement for sink, faucet, and waste disposal. Additional work includes installation of new range hoods with through-wall exhaust duct and vent, and installation of a new electrical panel, wiring, and conduit. Work on the second and third floors includes renovation of existing kitchenettes, including sanding and staining of existing cabinets, installation of new cabinet hardware and countertops, replacement of mini blinds, sinks, faucets, and waste disposals, replacement of electric drinking fountains with bottle fillers, installation of new resilient wall base, and painting.
