Construction services are required to install a new kitchenette in Building 2903, Room 125. Work includes providing and installing a new ceiling suitable for kitchen use, upper and base cabinets, countertops, backsplash, a new sink with garbage disposal, and a drinking fountain. Plumbing work will involve installation above the ceiling and below the floor to the basement to support the new sink faucet and waste system. The project also includes installation of a new range hood with through-wall exhaust duct and vent, as well as a new electrical panel, wiring, and conduit. Associated wall repairs and painting are also required. The contractor shall complete all work within 180 days after notice to proceed.
