Work includes delivering construction services in a professional and collaborative manner, ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Contractors must review and adhere to environmental requirements, including existing asbestos and lead surveys, and coordinate with the appropriate environmental authorities for testing and abatement if hazardous materials are disturbed.
