Description

Renovation of a military facility in Fort Bliss, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The requirement is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the removal, disposal, furnishing, and installation of two vertical rolling steel doors for a Large Area Maintenance Shelter. Work includes the complete removal and proper disposal of the existing doors, furnishing new powered rolling steel door systems, and installing the new doors in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and existing site conditions. The installation environment, technical requirements, and integration with the existing structure must be considered to ensure proper operation, safety, and durability. The work is intended to restore and improve the functionality of the facility while meeting all applicable performance, quality, and safety standards. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
