Remodeling of an office development in Fort Bliss, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,500-square-foot, nine-room office development.
The scope of work includes removing the current flooring and providing durable, long-lasting vinyl flooring for high-traffic areas within rooms 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119, 120, 122, and 124 in building 1001. Work involves demolition of existing flooring, proper handling and disposal of materials in accordance with environmental requirements, preparation of the concrete subfloor, and installation of new flooring. Replacement also includes installation of a 4-inch vinyl base with toe throughout all designated rooms. The new vinyl flooring is to be installed in eight rooms each measuring 11 ft by 16 ft and one room measuring approximately 12 ft by 37 ft, totaling approximately 1,500 sq ft. The contractor is responsible for moving all furniture as required for flooring removal and installation.
