Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Homestead, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The purpose is to install a new roofing system at the building located at Harris Field Park. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permitting, engineering coordination, and construction services necessary to remove the existing roofing material and install a new roofing system. Any bidder attending the site inspection is required to complete the Site Inspection Indemnity Form or bring a copy of their certificate of insurance evidencing statutory workers compensation coverage to the pre-bid meeting. Bidders who do not supply this information will not be permitted to attend the site inspection. Question Deadline 07/01/2026 at 5:00 PM ET online No questions will be answered verbally except at the pre-bid conference.
