Site work for a development in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,248-square-foot development.
The work consists of the deconstruction at the NRP site and reconstruction at the designated site of a high tunnel that is in the gothic style and 26 feet wide by 48 feet long, with fans and luv vents and raiseable sides. Bidders and subcontractors are required to utilize local labor pursuant to the West Virginia Jobs Act. All contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the state. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to select from the bids in its own best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty days without the consent of the owner.
