The project includes the construction of an approximately 11,800 square foot single-story addition to the Program Building with an elevator, a basement of about 9,000 square feet, renovations and alterations to several areas of the existing building, site improvements including additional parking, improved fire truck access, a relocated basketball court, and some security fence modifications. Additional work includes miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, and security improvements to the existing building.
