Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Eminence, Indiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility.
The work consists of furnishing all materials and labor for the building demolition and water line relocation for Eminence Community Schools. The project is to be constructed according to the provided plans and specifications. The contract will be awarded as a single prime contract. Bidders must submit sealed proposals, provide a bid bond or certified check for five percent of the base bid, and include specific attachments such as a financial statement, drug testing policy, and E-Verify with the bid submission. All bidders are required to conform to conditions of employment and anti-discrimination provisions as required by Indiana law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities if deemed in the best interest of the Corporation. Bids must be submitted on the prescribed forms and cannot be withdrawn for ninety days after the opening of bids. Bidders should refer to the instructions to bidders for additional procedures and requirements. Award is subject to final approval.
