A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Replacement of the Primary Digester 2 existing fixed steel cover with a flexible dual membrane cover, replacement of the wastewater sludge mixing system with internal draft tube mixers, cleaning of PD-2, relocation of waste gas burners with new control panels, and installation of external steel stairs with footings, piping, valves, supports, and instrumentation.
