2026 UEZ Road Resurfacing Program-Ward 1, Bid No. 26.23. Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Division of Purchasing, City Hall, 4th floor, 155 Market Street, Paterson, NJ 07505 during business hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 in the form of company check, certified check or money order is required for this bid payable to the City of Paterson. Bidders must submit with their bid a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, along with consent of surety from a Bonding Company, not to exceed $20,000.00. Bidders must comply with the regulations of the New Jersey Local Public Contract Law, Affirmative Action regulations, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, New Jersey Contractor Business Registration Certificate requirements, and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act.
