Request for bid proposals for Arjo Equipment Annual Maintenance and Service Contract for Preakness Healthcare Center, Project SB-26-040. The contract covers annual maintenance and service for a variety of lifts and scales manufactured by ARJO. Bidders must submit proposals using County-supplied forms: one original, two copies, and one electronically stored copy on a CD or USB Flash Drive. Proposals may be submitted by hand-delivery, certified mail, or overnight delivery to the specified address. Respondents must comply with the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Rules, and all applicable laws regarding affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days after receipt, to reject any or all proposals, and to waive minor informalities as authorized by law.
