Initiating Organization: Engineering District 5-0 Agreement Type: Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Construction Inspection Selection Process: Modified Part 1 Location Description State Route/Section Lehigh County 378/03B Part Name: CM for ECMS #93630, SR 378-03B, Lehigh County Project Description: This project involves a rehabilitation of the Hill to Hill Bridge (SR 378) over the Lehigh River, Norfolk Southern railroad and several city streets in the City of Bethlehem, Lehigh County.This project requires one (1) Construction Manager/Construction Engineer, one (1) Construction Scheduler CPM/ASTA, and one (1) Technician. The Scheduler will be utilized on an as-needed basis or part-time. (2 full-time positions and 1-part time). Note: Technician will facilitate project control meetings including any utility coordination meetings , generate correspondence(s) as required, work with the construction scheduler regarding the handling of the construction schedule, control monitoring chart not limited to, but including photos of work and maintain a project file, E&S: monitor permit requirement(s), inspection(s)/oversee and report corrective action(s) from reviews, all aspects of MPT and other miscellaneous project management duties directed by the Agreement Construction Manager/Engineer or the Department project representative.
