Initiating Organization: Engineering District1-0 greement Type: Open End 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Selection Process: Modified Enhanced Modified: Yes This project, MPMS #109823, involves multiple bridge replacements/rehabilitations carrying I-90 over SR 0426, Norfolk Southern RR, CSX RR, SR 0020, and Twenty Mile Creek in North East Township, Erie County with an anticipated LET in 2029. Preliminary Engineering tasks and activities will include but not be limited to: field surveys, hydrologic & hydraulic analysis, geotechnical investigations, Line & Grade Submissions, Design Field View submission, Financial Plan submissions, Design VE, FDOM submissions, preliminary utility relocation design, deed research, preliminary Right-of-Way Plan preparation, highway lighting, railroad coordination and PUC involvement, and any other engineering tasks required to assist the Department in the delivery of the project. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. PA DOT - RFQ - Erie County, Interstate 90-B20, I-90 Bridges over SR 426, NS RR, CSX RR, US 20, and Twentymile Creek
