Sealed proposals are sought for 11,177 square yards of double asphalt seal coat, in place. Proposals must be submitted using the provided forms. For third class cities, the bid must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid, payable to the municipality; for other municipal types, this is at the municipality's discretion. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract amount within 20 days of the award. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Liquidated damages of $975.00 per calendar day will apply if the work is not completed by the specified date. Work shall be completed by 9/15/26.
