Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Saukville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility and water / sewer project.

Project involves clearing and grubbing and tree removal of approximately five (5) acres of land which will eventually be future building pads for Village use. Includes minor grading and seeding of disturbed area. All work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The Village of Saukville reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Pre-qualification: Required. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to the Village of Saukville at least 5 days before the Bid opening date.
