Furnish and provide services for tree trimming and removal for Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Delivery of proposals to the Authority office is the sole responsibility of the bidder. Submission of bid proposals through fax or e-mail will not be accepted. Contractors wishing to bid must have successfully completed at least three similar size projects in the last five years. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or a Surety's Consent and a Bid Bond payable to Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority in the amount of not less than ten percent of the total bid. The Surety must be bound to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the contract price, as required on the specified Bond Forms. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality, or accept any proposal deemed most favorable to the interests of the Authority. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety days after the actual date of the bid opening.
