Lee County, Illinois is requesting seal-ed bids for the LEC / Animal Control Insurance Restoration Project located at 240 E. Progress Drive, Dixon, Illinois. The project consists of demolition, removal, and replacement of roofing systems and associated building components at the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Animal Control Facility, and associated structures due to hail damage. Work includes, but is not limited to, roofing systems (metal and shingle), flashing, coping, trim, gutters, siding, and associated demolition and disposal. The project will be bid as multiple prime contracts, consisting of: o Bid Package A Sheriff Building Roofing and Repairs o Bid Package B Animal Control Building Roofing and Repairs o Bid Package C Shed and Auxiliary Structure Roofing Bidders may submit bids for one or more bid packages. Lee County reserves the right to award contracts for each bid package separately or to a single bidder based on the combined cost of the project, including any discounts offered.
